Process

  • ​ Submit the request through the e-services system, enter the details of the property and upload the required documents
  • Do the self- classification and undertake to complete the sub-deficiencies, if any
  • ​Pay the fees in the E- services system
  • Issuance the electronic permit, which must be printed and placed in a visible place in the Holiday Home

• FEWA Bill issued within not more than 90 calendar days

Terms And Conditions

  • Those wishing to obtain a license to work as a professional operator must first obtain a license from the department as a hotel management company, then add the activity of "holiday homes" and submit the requirements
  • The department will not issue a classification certificate for the vacation home, unless it meets the conditions, specifications, requirements and technical equipment specified in the regulation regulating the activity of holiday homes.
  • The department inspects the authorized units to ensure their compliance with the classification standards, and in the event of non-compliance with the procedures approved by the department, the list of approved violations and fines is applied.
