Agent – Selling Tickets
1- Photocopy of the passport, residence and identity of the partners
2- Photocopy of the passport, residence, identity of the Director and documents proving his academic qualifications and practical experience
3- A copy of the Trade license, the commercial registry, partners name and chamber of commerce membership.
4- Police Clearance Certificate ( Good Conducts Certificate ).
5- Valid Tenancy Contract.
6- Agency agreement between the applicant and the authority or authorities that issue tickets for travel and tourism
7- An undertaking :
• To provide a reservation system that meets international standards within three months from the date of issue of the tourist establishment license
• To appoint a number of staff at the facility according to the size of its business
• To respond to complaints submitted to the Department against the relevant tourist institution within a maximum of two weeks from the date of referral of the complaint concerned by the Department of the tourist establishment
• Establishment of a certificate of classification within the facility in addition to a panel in Arabic and English showing working hours and weekly holidays
Organizing outbound tourism
1- All of the above mentioned on ( Selling tickets activity )
2- Outbound insurance document issued by an insurance company acceptable to the Department stating that the company is prepared to cover tourists against the risks and damage that may result from the tourist trips organized by the concerned tourist outside the country.
3- A duly authenticated agreement between the applicant and a tourist destination outside the country on the journey or trips expected to be sold to tourists from within the State for carrying out outside the State
Organizing inbound tourism
1- All of the above mentioned on ( Selling tickets activity )
2- In bound insurance certificate issued by a licensed insurance company in the country that provides the willingness of the company to cover tourists against the risks and damages that may result from the tourist trips in the country.
3- A valid vehicles registration card under the name of the company or rent contract with vehicle rental company. If it is required to organize tourist cruise, a certificate of availability of vessels, boats or yachts shell be provided.
4- Provide tour guide or undertaking.
Authorized online agent
1- All of the above mentioned on ( Selling tickets activity )
2- A duly concluded commercial agent between the applicant and one or more airlines, or a shipping line or more to sell tickets to and from outside the country and / or participate in tourism programs and trips provided by the line or air lines or shipping lines.
Nightclub\ entertainment
1- All of the above mentioned on ( Selling tickets activity )
2- An undertaking by the applicant to abide by it:
• Appoint a suitable number of employees at the nightclub / club
• Provide correct customer data on club / nightclub services and prices
• Signing agreements with companies specialized in transportation, waste disposal and pest control services
• Provide security, safety, guardianship or otherwise provide an insurance policy against damages that may affect the nightclub / club clients concerned as the Department may deem appropriate
• Responding to complaints submitted to the Department against the relevant tourist institution within a maximum period of two weeks from the date of referral of the complaint concerned by the Department to the tourist establishment.
