When can the establishment submit a request to raise / lower the classification? At any time, provided that the license is valid, and that all financial obligations and violations are paid
When is the application for upgrading/downgrading the classification approved if all conditions for submitting the application are met? After visiting the facility to ensure its compliance with the classification standards and determine its category (up/down)
Is the establishment required to change the classification plate and classification certificate? Yes, according to the new taxonomic category that you obtain based on the submitted application and the issued report.
