Process

The required documents, drawings, engineering drawings and a proof of the project shall be submitted to the electronic system for follow-up by the Director General. The application shall then be transferred to the Classification Section to inspect the site. Then a letter (initial approval for the building / conversion of an existing building) is issued for the hotel. A visit is made by the classification section periodically and its fees are collected. When the completion rate of the building is 90%, a final classification is made to determine the category and then the initial approval is issued, approved by the required government agencies.
