A service that allows individuals who wish to become tour guides in the emirate to receive training and qualification, with an evaluation of the knowledge they acquired during the course. Upon passing, they are granted a permit to enhance their ability to serve tourists and visitors to the emirate. The permit is valid for two years.

Process

Submitting the request through the department's electronic system and attaching the required documents.

Reviewing the attachments and presenting them for approval

Payment of the fees
Training the participants and evaluating their knowledge.

Passing the evaluation
Issuing the tour guide card
